I have no clue what I dreamt but despite ongoing challenges in performance at my job( I excel but to no avail with my department) I had a dream that forshadows otherwise(at least from the dreams perspective). I distinctly remember that my career and job are going to go very well. I have no idea what the dream was tho. This is the second of this dream type.

A problem to succeed or not to succeed(advance) at work. The working out of a solution..If I stay long enough and last I will definately succeed and advance. The answer is clear and makes perfect sense...and then I wake up with a feeling that it is almost impossible not to succeed at my job if I stay long enough. This assurance seems forshadowing in a very good way. I had this dream that I can barely recall within the last two nights.

Ok so I started last night(again) to dedicate myself to being more into my dreams and lucidity. I had two recalled vivid dreams last night but I didnt write them right away. All is not lost though. Remembering that I had two dreams and some of the details of one right after I rededicated is fast progress for me. Things must be improving. This dream was a little scary. I had a knife and was accepted into some group(my knife was special) and then later in the dream the 5 or so people decided not accept me any longer and they were going to outkast me as they were making this decision. They as a group also had a knife(symbolic as was mine) and they were going to use it to "cut" me from the group. As I prepared to secretly defend myself they also prepared to secretly cut me from the group. I had another dream and it was longer more vivid more intenst but I forgot it.

About a week ago I had a dream about my son and I at the entrance of a carnival, fair, amusement park, adventureland(without the water) type of place. We were trying to find a way in but everything was blocked and we wondered how everyone was entering. There was a little glass box warmer.........the kind you may see rotiserie chickens in or maybe some popcorn or some fried chicken on shelves staying warm. This warmer was for fried chicken and at the bottom of the warmer was a rectangular opening where you might reach in and up and get some chicken or put some in there or clean the bottom of the glass or whatever and the opening was on both sides. From where we were to the inside of the place we were trying to get into. My son goes into the glass warmer opening and out the other side. I have an aversion to that because I don't want to get greasy and it looks to small. Somehow I get into the park or whatever by going thru the warmer or maybe over a rail. I get in and my son is missing. I walk around a little concerned but still enjoying the sites. I watch a little play sitting on bleachers and then see some juglers or clowns or different types of entertainers walking around and I can't find my son. I get worried and then see some friends of mine who are in security occupations and then I get really worried because I know I have somehow lost my son.

This dream comes from my waking life and I see it as a dream warning to help me be cautious about things and it relates in a way to concerns that are current in my life

I had a dream last night about a creek and my wife and a bear and we basically were across the creek and trapped by a friendly bear(that could turn scary real quick) but we managed to cross the creek and get to the other side and the bear followed and then we carefully walked away from the bear watching closely and the bear remained calm and non agressive. I hate the fact I did not tell my wife or remember this dream prior to her telling me there is a bear loose in the neighborhood reported on the news. neat!

I only remember being in the presence of my wifes now passed mother(my mother in law) and being in a family atmosphere that was warm. Nothing else

All I remember is I was sort of a business assistant/colleague/travel entourage of a beautiful business woman and young for her success but very professioanl as was our relationship and I was somewhat of her counselor/right hand man(odd) and we were in the presence of two people or two choices (they seem to be like two pillars or something) and she suprised me by kissing me right on the lips. She was very beautiful and her kiss was wholesome normal and matter of fact without losing anything of her attractiveness. Interesting

More a vision of something than a dream. a creek a foundation of a house soft mud and leaves and concern over soft ground although the foundation seems to be solid even more so than the unevenly hard creek surrounding ground/very simple but very clear

I had a dream of something and all I remember of the first part is a little of somethnig with a lot of something else or the reverse(odd I know) but then I remember this...I was in a jewelry store and I took a ring from the case and wrote on it I LOVE YOU with a heart and then I gave it back(the writing was secret somehow and I was not suppose to write on it like that) . Then I looked for the ring again afraid someone would find it and I would get in trouble/maybe I could buy it or maybe I could rub the writing off..but it was gone and nowhere to be found. Maybe they would think I stole it I don't know. What happened to it. My ring and the writing on it disappeared for some reason. The ring was much like if not exactly like my wedding band. The setting was a pretty nice jewelry store with many people shopping.

ok so i went lucid finally, I think it has been a month, I was sitting and one of four people sitting in a square and I realized I was dreaming so I wanted to increase the clarity and remembered one way people do this is by rubbing there hands together so I did that several times and it did seem to help and then I lost conciousness and drifted to sleep or awake I dont remember. It was a non eventful lucid dream but heavily symbolic and a solid start to bigger and better things(symbolism of a square, the number four etc)

there is a change in the style of my dreams now or my recall regarding personally knowing the charactors more and more

me and a friend and some others are in his house(old youth friend) and we are just hanging around but my dog is in the house and then my dog growls at my old friend and then my friend to prove he is alpha/after all its his house we are in starts to discipline my dog but overboard and then my dog wont back down and he starts slapping my dog into submission and my dog runs off but is still barring teeth and not submitted

I saw a family concerned about some of their dogs fighting today outdoors and they appeared not to know what to do and were treating the dogs harshly/ animals taking care of animals imo

interesting thing is my old friend in this dream is the brother of my old girlfriend in the previous dream and two seperate nights

recall is improving

so I was in a room full of people and I was socializing and my old girlfriend was there who I know longer knew well and she was divorcing her husband and so she was friendly/flirty and touchy feely(warm hugs) and I started to have special feelings for her again and then we began briefly to dance and I asked her...so your getting a divorce huh and it was like this weird feeling of not being as close as we felt surfaced because obviously I did not know her well enough to know her situations so all we were feeling was probably an illusion so anyway here was the kicker

she looks down at her leg and tells me she has cancer on her knee...........then I realize that she is getting social support from old friends and such and that was what this was all about and then she looked fat and turned into an obese person(she was previously very fit) and then another bigger person and even I became bigger and I was no longer under the illusion of possabilities with her but just of a good friendship and then we three(not sure who else it was) sat down together on a couch or bench and just kinda looked forward

had a dream where my dad was teaching at a chalk board however he was a false teacher and then i started to think it was not really my dad although it was? (starting to have dream cues again) but I did not go lucid so then I hear a phone ring(the chalkboard and my false dad teacher were outdoors by the way) so anyway I hear the phone ring and answer it and it is really my dad/ interesting(delayed recorded dream)

An auditorium, dark with rising seats and ceiling,with stage rounding low but off the floor, with a wonderful lady dressed like dorothy, no like alice, no like both singing, clapping, glowing from the spotlight, reflecting like the moon..Now the conductor of the instruments, play, and singer on the floor, a woman with a stick, directing,conducting the stage and the lady up high, the audience in the darkness, now watching, now listening, now mind wandering, going on living their life, without the singing lady nothing would work because its a musical, a dance of life, the mother of the dance alone but cheerful, and actress performing, doing her best, sacrificing beautifully, now getting attention, now guiding, now singing, alone, reflecting love, now judged, now laughed at, now admired, never fully appreciated but always beautiful,always facilitating the play, the audience and working with and by the conductress/director. Now Im in the play, now I'm in the audience, Now I'm finding money, Now Im asking for advice from the old actor wise one who gives flawed knowledge as I participate in the play. She watches, she sings, she loves all. She is not overdone because her love shines thru to genuine. She is the mother of the play, the dance, the musical, the auditorium. It is dark except the lit rounded stageway off the floor on which is the musicians and the conductress. It is dark in the rising chairs but high above she is lit and reflects the light as the moon and loves and gives and is loved by me.

After almost a month now of lazily but persistantly trying to work on my dream recall(not keeping journal by bed ect) I have recalled two more dreams, one for each night. This means my recall is getting better obviously.

Guess how I did it. Very simple. Set my alarm for the middle of the night and committed to wake up twice during the night and write my dreams down..........and I didn't even write them down.

So here are the two ...one last night and one the night before.

1. from two nights ago
Someone in a high position I know is crawling on the ground. They look like a midget with really bad arthritis and maybe a deformity and they are struggling as they crawl along the ground not neccesarily in pain but with great difficulty.

2. from last night
I am walking along the overhangs of houses in an open square formation..the houses touching... the overhangs joined together all in an open square formation. I know this behaviour is on the edge but I think hey why not its fun and everything is very stable(the roofs, overhangs etc) and my neighbor comes out and sees me(catches me) walking along the overhangs(understand this means on her overhang also) and I don't worry too much because no harm has been done. She then lets me know she has called/is calling a lawyer or something to sue me(an idea just came to me that I also may be in trouble with her husband about this) for "messing" up her overhang. The idea is she will find something wrong and blame me for it. I now see a shoddy house that is not as well kept as the others in the group and she tells me that IF...I move my kids in that house and rent it from her she will not get me in trouble. She is very clear that she is trying to make me rent this house for my kids(put my kids in her house...yeah right)...from her or she will tell. Very clear dream. I think her phone may have been messed up or something.
