    A Peak Into Tyler's Mind.

Just the typical dream journal. I will try to record every dream I have in here. Feel free to read and comment on it. I don't find it personal at all, plus I like hearing others comments on things.

Thoughts and actions in the dream are written in black.
[Thoughts while writing the journal are written in blue and surrounded by brackets.]

    1. The Talking Bread Show with Stephen LaBerge!

      by , 06-27-2012 at 01:50 PM (A Peak Into Tyler's Mind.)
I am entering my room. I see two loaves of bread on my bed. They look fresh and delicious. I go to grab one when I realize they are connected, at an angle to make a L shape. I think to myself, "who would bake two loaves of bread like this?" Furthermore I realize that at the end of one of the loaves is a head! Dr. LaBerge's head actually! [I don't know how I knew this in dream but I did. From what I remember, it didn't even look like him.] I freak out and throw the bread. [After all, what would you do if you found talking bread?] I try to calm myself by lying down on my bed. I just lay here.... In peace. Until, I hear a noise from under my bed. I go to reach my hand under my bed, but pull it back in fear of what may be making the sound. [I'm not actually scared of that, haha. But dreams are run by my self-conscience right? So maybe I really am?] I get up and look for the source of the noise. It is a parrot. How the hell did a parrot get into my room? That Stephen LaBreadHead brought him didn't he? I grab my blanket and begin trying to shoo the bird away. I don't want to touch it because it might bite me. I seem to be making no progress at all.... Eventually I realize I am shooing a bird in circles around my room, which has no doors open for me to shoo the bird out of. So, I open my sliding door to the outside and begin shooing the bird towards the door. Just as I get it to the door, the blanket slips and falls on the bird. It gets pissed and freaks out under the blanket. I panic not knowing what to do to contain the bird. Then, it gets out from under the blanket and charges me. I get royally scared and wake up.

    2. Studmuffins and a Jetski.

      by , 06-27-2012 at 01:17 PM (A Peak Into Tyler's Mind.)
I am upstairs in my house sleeping. [My bedroom is no longer upstairs]. I get up and look out my window and realize why I got up. Because some jerkwad is riding his jet-ski around my frigging sub-division, which is basically one street so he is just driving in straight lines back and forth. Out of anger I do that odd glare that people sometimes do. I just stand here and stare at him. Then my perspective changes. I have a birds-eye view. I see him driving around and can now barely see that my street is water and I can barely see below the surface, just enough to be able to see seaweed beds. I observe from this view as he continues to speed around my street, until he gets going too fast and rams the wall on the side of the street. Nothing happens to his jet-ski and I notice that there is a lining around the outside of the street to protect against events like this, except its not actually connected to the edge. It just floats loosely in the water. Then I notice that the tard is driving around the outside of the liner. [I don't think to question how he actually got over there]. As he is driving away from the wall he so gracefully slammed into, I notice it is taking far more effort this time. I begin to question why it would take more effort to get away from the wall. [And then boom! Lucid! Not really, I kinda wish though.] Then, as it is taking more and more effort to drive away, it begins to sink under water. So, being the intelligent being that this guy is, he accelerates and begins to sink faster. I continue to think about how dumb this guy must be. Then I realize, he is grabbing seaweed. Instead of the him pulling the seaweed up, it is pulling him down. I laugh to myself at how he does not realize this. Then he releases the throttle and floats away from the seaweed bed. He then continues to drive around. I somehow get on the side of the street, grabbing a bush or a tree or something. [I forget now]. While grabbing this plant, I think to myself, "I can't wait to journal this!" [Does that mean I was lucid? I don't actually know. Or is this like talking about LDing in a dream?] Little did I know, this plant thing has two birds in it, and they are pissed. They start to swarm on me, so I start to swat them away. Then I wake up.

    3. The Wrong Turn

      by , 06-26-2012 at 07:08 PM (A Peak Into Tyler's Mind.)
I'm driving my parents' charger as I usually do. I have Amanda, Dustin's little sister, in the passenger seat. It is night. We are leaving the middle school, and I'm on my way to drop her off. I must have picked her up from cheerleading or something. When pulling out of the middle school, I turn left when I should have turned right. I immediately realize my mistake. Instead of turning around, I try to show off by getting there by taking back roads. I assure Amanda that I know what I am doing. I end up on a back road speeding along at around 45 mph though, I do not know for sure since I never looked at the gauges. This is an urban area so this is naturally a horrible idea. I soon realize I can see anything at all. My lights aren't on! I wonder how I have not hit something yet. As I am hugging the right side of the road, I suddenly notice there is grass on both sides of this very narrow street. I drive left, towards where I thought the center of the road was, and I end up on pavement. Again, I notice that there is grass on both sides of me. I wonder why the road gets too narrow for a car to fit on it. Then I hear Dustin's voice. "You should try staying off the sidewalk!" The sidewalk!?! Well that would explain the grass. I get back on the road and end up seeing lights to my right, signalling a main road. I turn and head for them. When I get there I realize that I am on the freeway now, but I have gone too far. I need to go back down the freeway to get Amanda home. So, I turn left and head down the freeway. On the wrong side of the freeway. I stick to the inside lane and try not to swerve. The oncoming traffic sets over to the outside lane and drives by. A while later I notice there are other cars doing the same thing I am. I am not the only car driving the wrong way. Soon, I pass my exit and look for a place to turn around. The freeway is too crowded to turn around here. I notice the cars in front of me start to go towards the middle of the freeway as if not to hit something. Then I see what they are going around. A car that was going the wrong way collided with one that was. Then I notice that there is more than one wreck. The freeway is lined with totaled cars for at least half a mile. Cars that are crumpled. Cars that have the tops ripped off. This is crazy. What happened here? I turn around, no longer worried about getting Amanda home, but rather, debating whether or not I should take pictures for proof when I tell the story. I wake up.

    4. No Schoolwork and Lunch with the Girls.

      by , 06-24-2012 at 09:31 PM (A Peak Into Tyler's Mind.)
I'm at school. I only have 1st and 2nd hour today. Not quite sure why. During my first hour my friend, Leon, asks me if I want to go to some concert with him. I agree without knowing admission prices, location, or time. I then proceed to my second hour. It is World History with Ms. Willey. When I get there, I am told by Will[Ms. Willey] that my assignment is different than everybody else's. She then says she accidentally printed the wrong assignment and I am free to do as I wish. So, I get on a computer and research the concert. Lunch time. I am suddenly in the cafeteria and instead of eating I just sit down by myself. I am joined by a red-headed Morgan[Normally blonde haired], a girl with an amazing butt and an incredible smile. We talk and pass the time away. The, Heather, a girl that I have crushed on for years, walks up along with Shannon. Morgan tells me to look at her feet. This makes me uncomfortable because Heather is is here. I do look though, and Morgan mumbles something about her feet. When I look up, Morgan is standing up. She proceeds to ask which of us she hangs out with more. I use a HUD, which oddly and conveniently appears, to check the time that we hang out. I notice that I have hung out with her the most at a grand total of 9 minutes. Suddenly, I am with Leon outside of a concert. Leon says something about being surprised that we would have to pay. He says it is odd, especially with Kahzo, a friend who is apparently performing in the concert. He says normally Kahzo's wife does free tickets. I think back to the HUD from the cafeteria. I realize that I sat with Morgan all lunch and it said I had hung out with her for 9 minutes. I make a note to myself never to trust the HUD again. I wake up.

    5. Marching Band Rehearsal

      by , 06-24-2012 at 09:19 PM (A Peak Into Tyler's Mind.)
I'm standing next to Dustin(A very close friend). We are at marching band rehearsal, and everybody is doing mass runthroughs of a piece. There is a guest conductor! I do not know who he is but he seems to have a lot of knowledge about this piece. Time to start playing! This piece doesn't seem too hard. We are not moving at all so this seems really easy. I take that back, these fast notes are very hard to play! Me and Dustin both dropped out on them. At least I'm not the only one that has trouble with it, If Dustin, out best sax player, had to drop out, then it is fair for me to drop out too, right? The guest conductor is telling us that it is not that hard. I guess he knows what he is talking about so I will try to trust him. Me and Dustin begin to walk over to the other saxes when the guest conductor starts talking again. I notice that there is a young woman with him atop the hill he is on. Maybe it is an assistant of hie, or maybe it is Vanessa, the flute instructor. When the guest conductor is done talking I turn around and see that the band has split into sections. I look for the saxes and begin to walk toward them with Dustin. I accidentally bump into David, another close friend who happens to be the drum major, who is spinning his mace. Just then the assistant screams, "NO BATONS!!!" I suddenly realize who the lady is! It is Ms Sare, our current band director! When we finally meet up with the saxes, Mikel, the trombone section leader, moves us to where we should be. This throws me off since we have the same level of authority, so he should not be moving me around. Either way, we get to where we need to be, and all seems well. Then Angie, the clarinet section leader, comes up to me with a complaint about the flute section. I wake up.
