Dream

I had a nap this afternon. It was a really deep sleep and I was woken up half way through by the alarm on my girlfriends phone. I was dreaming but I couldn't remember the dream. You know when that occasionally happens? When you're dreaming right up until the very moment you awake and you just can't remember what it was. There's a strong sense it was something of great importance but it's like it's blocked or your mind is unable to comprehend the dream. Anyway, I managed on this occassion to remember a small clip from the dream. I was looking over books to buy on amazon.com. In the dream it felt smooth. Like silk. And I was making a decision. Not in the sense of I was dreaming I was sitting at my computer making a decision on amazon. It was that I was making a decision about how everything would go. I think I may have remembered my conciousness planning part of my future.


Thoughts

This type of 'dream' I find, only occurs with me if I have a nap during the day. I never seem to have the same experience after waking from a dream I have at night.

I have a belief that our waking reality is created in our sleep. During this time the physical body releases large amounts of DMT from the pineal gland and the ego mind goes to the reality where the higher mind exists. The plans for waking reality are then made.
