Date: January 28, 2013 ||| Time Block: 1:00 AM to 11:00 AM ||| Length: 5 minutes. ||| Lucidity: level 2/1. ||| Entry Type: DILD ||| Major Methods: BAT

Methods: lay in bed for the night; repeated the alphabet mentally and used some other experimental methods for quite a while.

Summary: only thing I really remember is a clip where I know I'm dreaming, am by this weird creature that I think made me lucid, and facing my fear and staring right into him; I remember that on doing so, my fear actually left me and the creature looked kind of funny, and I was filled with a sense of curiosity and amazement; I then remember waking to blackness, just remembering I should ask it who it was; I then find myself in bed, but some odd events with an alarm clock in the attic and Mom talking about it leads me to believe that it was a false awakening; a minute or so later I tested and was actually awake, so I think I faded from the false awakening to a real one.

Date: January 27, 2013 ||| Time Block: 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM ||| Length: 10 minutes. ||| Lucidity: level 3. ||| Entry Type: DILD ||| Major Methods: WBTB, SSILD, BAT

Methods: lay in bed to take a nap; performed 5 or 6 SSILD cycles; repeated the alphabet mentally and used some other experimental methods for quite a while.

      Account:
I turn over on my right side. A few minutes pass, and I start to notice that the thing's I'm thinking of are being visualized somewhat sharply. I try to make them even more vivid, and successfully imagine a scene with me sitting in a room with some other people, and seeing their faces very clearly. I'm in an unsustainable position, so when I move, I notice it fade. This happens a couple more times, each time vivid visualizations. Eventually, I find that they don't work anymore, and just lie there trying to embed what happened in my memory. But then I realize I should always do a reality check after lucid dreams. I do one, am blown away to find I'm still dreaming, and try to get up, but in the very process of feeling my dream body rise, I wake myself up, *and my rising continues with my real body*, until I'm sitting up, and verify that I'd just awoken.

Date: January 27, 2013 ||| Time Block: 3:00 AM to 9:45 AM ||| Length: 5 minutes. ||| Lucidity: level 2/1. ||| Entry Type: DILD ||| Major Methods: BAT

Methods: lay in bed for the night; repeated the alphabet mentally and used some other experimental methods until I fell asleep.

Summary: I'm at some place near some buildings and a large field, and I realize I'm dreaming while in the air; I remember my dream goals, and go down onto the grass to try waiting there; a dog or wolf comes up, I think from an existing plot, and I float back higher into the air to get away from it.
