Lucid / Non-lucid

I'm definitely dreaming every day, resolved to record whatever I remember of today / past few days.

[OLD] Non-Lucid ~ 5:50 A.M.
Cat Father

Standing at the back door, which is closed. I'm talking to the father of a kitten I'm currently 'raising'. He is outside the house. The light seems to be fading. The cat looks somewhat like Captain Claw does in cut-scenes. He wants to check on his ward or something. I feel that cannot be done. For some reason I remember being really scared of the him, I also vaguely recollect that I was using English to communicate I walk outside and begin to explain...

Suddenly, the ground shakes. I was scared I would be attacked(by the cat or something else), nothing of that sort happens. He frantically asks me, "Where is (the kitten)...?". We begin to mourn the kit. We search by digging up the soil. Suddenly, a shape emerges from beneath the mud. I lose it in the dim light, but then find the kitten with his father. The dream fades.

Whales and deja vu

I remember seeing the result of an election where *something* became a President. Scene shift. There is an yellow ball bouncing along the ground, before it is attacked by a fast moving something-else. I catch the ball. Suddenly, I get the image of a whale. I'm looking into a pool filled with what seem to be remoras. I drop the ball into the pool. The fish dart away but return to attack the ball, bloodying the water.

The steel blue scene shifting to rusty red, really vivid and awesome. Also, there were light reflections sort of like a swimming pool. I could visually identify each blood particle.

(They could have been...) piranhas! Then, an epiphany. The whale is evil. The whale is no more. The previous president comes to power again. And the dream will loop...

... atleast, it would have. If I hadn't thought, "Oh! Truman Story!"

Beta functions

The math professor(who teaches me IRL) is explaining a new concept to us. I look at the board, but my dream self cannot understand what this means. Dream fades.

A few days later, I recalled this dream while I was in math class. As a result, I knew what my prof was gonna write before he finished! (Had no previous knowledge of subject).
