29th Morning - I had a flash of SOMETHING but I couldn't quite make it out. Evening Nap - IWL I had just watched "Gravity." GREAT movie; I highly recommend watching it. Most certainly had an affect on my dream but don't let the following keep you from experiencing the movie. I was flipping end over end in space with no way to stop my rotation. The blood was rushing to my head, wreaking havoc on my equilibrium. I was flailing my arms around cause that was the most I could do, panic. and BAAM I woke up jolting backwards. Startled my Girlfriend :/ .. SORRY. ------------- 30th Morning - Nothing to report
Dream: NOTHING! Note: I think the key is for me is to change my sleep schedule back to something more normal (again). I have fallen into the habit of going to sleep way too late recently.

So hi to anyone that might be visiting. First of all I'd like to make it clear.. I am a noob when it comes to dreaming. I have once been able to recall most my dreams when I was younger. Nowadays a busy lifestyle distracts me from the moment I wake up and now I rarely recall anything. I think I can change that, I think I can spare a few moments to log something in. Even if it means logging that I couldn't remember a thing. Effective and frequent lucidity is my end goal but I know this may take a long while to achieve. I see that I can save drafts. This is excellent as I will probably be extremely brief when I enter something in the morning. This feature will work nicely for me so that I come back and neaten it up just a bit. Or maybe I'll just start by being brief and post it as is. We shall see!
