I saw this on a bumper sticker today.
After some research, I found it to be - Maggie Kuhn.

I have found since this thread began that because of my awareness, that I am seeing proverbs all over the place.

Kinda like when someone you know gets a new car - ---- - Whaa Laaa > They're every where.
