Sounds good. I prefer natural wakings by drinking enough water before bed instead of alarms for WBTB. Also, you may not want to try it as often if you have school or work the next day. When you wake in the middle of the night, it is also a great time to do dream recall for the night so far, even if just writing down a few keywords. This helps in a few different ways! |

It sounds like you may have gotten semi-lucid or a low level lucid there. It could have been a false awakening where you got the dream feeling and may have had additional FA's after (they are often forgotten) which can add to the confusion. This is progress either way and a good sign that you could be fully lucid very soon! Good job! |

I would say a combination of the two helped but I bet that move from the floor into bed was the biggest factor. Are you sure you were actually sleeping on the floor...could that have been a dream? |

You seem to expect a lucid every night, you'll have to be practicing a long time before you get to that stage. |

After taking a couple months break im back and motivated. |
