I cant lucid dream for a while

Hi guys, I ve been aware of lucid dreams for years by now, but only a few dreams have been actually lucid(but too short).
Anyway, I feel I`m kinda stuck and less capable of lucid dream as the time passes.
I used to fall into a lucid dream pretty easly for a while, I used WILD tecnic even though I didnt know what WILD was, I simply used the method instinctivly.
Anyway, for a comple of times I used to take a nap after lunch, I turn off the TV and then use the WILD tecnic. I could even hear the sound of the television in my dreams. The dreams never took long though...

But now I simply cant use it at all, I ve been trying for months and nothing. I simply fall asleep, I dream but nowhere near lucid, the only thing I got in the last months was a creppy false awakening where I felt like I couldnt mov my body and fell on the floor after getting ou of my bed.

Why cant I use it anymore? I cant really understand why

First of all how good is your dream recall?Do you keep a DJ?
Also to lengthen your dreams the first thing you need to do after you're lucid is to stabilize (rub your hands/do a RC/touch dream objects...).This will help a lot.
Another thing that helps with LDs is getting excited about them and then just concentrate on becoming lucid. This is usually what I do and it works almost every time.I don't do it every night though because I'm really lazy .I only concentrate if it's been about a week since my last lucid.I'm not sure why WILD isn't working for you anymore...maybe you're doing it wrong. You have too be extremely relaxed otherwise your body won't fall asleep.
What I think you should try is MILD.Most people find it a lot easier than WILD.In my case most of my LDS are WILDs but they're not on purpose.I'm not sure what happens but when I concentrate on becoming lucid I get a WILD most of the time.Usually not immediately but a few hours later, after a sleep cycle ends (I guess) for some reason I become aware and WILD.However this is a hard technique for the majority.I'm not sure why I become aware because I tried this only a couple of times like 3 months ago and failed. So anyways try MILD first and if that doesn't work try the WILD method.Stick to the MILD for at least a month because it usually takes a while and you need to keep a DJ

      Good luck!

      Thanks.

I keep a dream journal for years now, but I only point down there the really intresting ones. But almost evrytime I remember the dream I ve just had, I have no problems with dream recall, and I fall assleep really fast when trying to do the WILDS but I simply have a normal dream instead of a WILD
