Go over what you are going to do right before you sleep. Try to make lucid dreaming the last thing you think of before you sleep. |
|
My biggest problem with lucid dreams is I never remember the plans I make for them. When I start having a lucid dream I start doing random things, never what I was excited about doing before I went to bed. |

^ what was said above, but I want you to visualize it while your about to go to sleep, imagine the setting, how you will perform your actions, how will you feel(emotionally), how will things appear to your senses, what will you use to stabilize things, etc. questions, questions, questions thats what you must be asking yourself when you are trying to visualize something you want a dream to become. it helps trust me. I've done that and a MILD combo twice, it worked great! |

Alright, well last night I had a semi-lucid. I realised I was dreaming but things did not become clear like they usually do, and rubbing my hands together did not make things clearer. Interestingly for the first time I remembered my intentions, but I woke up within a few seconds as stabilisation was not working (due to me not being fully lucid I guess) |
