Keep a dream journal, find a method in the tutorial section that works for you, brush your teeth and comb your hair. Eating before you go to bed helps for some people. Just make sure you brush your teeth though. |

When i was young, like about 5-10 years old (im 13 now) i have alot of lucid dreams. Now as im getting older, i don't have as much anymore. And sometimes, i don't even remember my dream, its not really vivid. But some dreams i could remember really good, but not lucid. =/ |

That seems to be pretty common, most of the people I know my age no longer even remember that they have dreampt each night. Do what Lucky27 said and keep up your journal. Make yourself write in it everytime you wake up! |

yeah its fairly common, I think that its because as the mind grows, the information in it exspands so much that detail is harder to gresp, as a child detail is all we seem to notice,.. |

Also as you're getting older, you will begin to worry and stres about problems in life, there is more to deal with. As everyone said, a DJ will help, |

That's great that you're only 13 and are into lucid dreaming. The same kind of thing happened to me when I was young. My dreams were very real and vivid and I had no problem recalling them. I had many lucid dreams as a child but the older I got the more I stressed on life and everything and for a long time dreams weren't as important to me as before. I wish I had started a dream journal starting when I was a kid. I think I would be a lucid master by now. |
