Thread: Weird problems

So yesterday i had marthon of lucid dreams,8!With Deild.

But i continue to have these problems:

I cant fully open my eyes.

Ones that started with false awakening,in some of them,i couldnt get up.I couldnt move anything except head and when i tried to get up i couldnt.

Also the tactics to wake up dont work for me.Can anyone suggest some?

I have similar problems. In one of my dreams it took almost my entire period of being lucid just to sit up.

I read up on it, and while I haven't had an opportunity to test this yet (I'm sure there are others who can greatly expand on this) the thing to do is simply keep in mind that although these things seem physically difficult, your full range of motion and vision (and then some) are possible. It is only difficult to move and see because you think it is difficult to move and see. Just demand to the dream to get your vision back with simple commands such as "vision now!" or "mobility now!"

At the very least this can help you reaffirm to yourself the belief in (knowledge in) the possibilities available in your dreams.

Stabilize the dream. Activate your senses you can and really focus your eyesight. Also verbal commands might work.
