Do you do WTBT? |
|
Hey. I'm a way newbie to lucid dreaming, and i am a teenager. I have a few questions. Firstly, I need tips to start a lucid dream. I can convince myself to become lucid before i go to sleep but it is hard for me. But it's hard for me and I'm wondering if it gets easier. Also, when i want to make things happen in my dreams, I have to close my eyes and imagine the thing that i want to happen, but it is hard to keep doing that and everything is fuzzy. I can't seem to remember to stabilize my dream while dreaming. Any help??? |

Yeah, my first recommendation is always to keep a dream journal. You don't have to post your dreams online, but make sure you are writing them down in a notebook or something. Recalling and recording your dreams will help build your dream recall. Stabilization should be something that you want to get used to doing. if a dream ever becomes fuzzy or unstable, make a mental note right now that you will try and stabilize it. In the dream state, you don't have to close your eyes and imagine something happening, you can just imagine it without closing them. Try to really visualize what you want to happen without closing your dream eyes. This can cause instability because you are essentially just blackening out the dream. Remember, in the dream state you don't even really have eyes. |

recall is paramount, if you can work on that lucid dreaming is a lot easier. |

All I can say is be ready to question what ever is going on in life, be ready to reality check, and dream journal. |
