I dont know if that happens to you. But most times when I in a lucid Dream it seems to be at low level. That means that I feel that I am conscious and I can do whatever I want but -It's difficult to describe it- it seems that I am drowsy.

For ex. I am saying " i am dreaming" I do a RC and it works. However, I am not feeling fully lucid, something like, I am not having consciousness ,however, I do what I had planned to do (for example to fly). It can be described that someone else is controlling my body but still follows my desires .Also everytime I see a DC, I lose lucidity - as they are so real - and that make me believe it's not a dream. Also, I have observered that I lose always lucidity, when I am thinking " OMG, it's a LD, so I have to hurry because most of them dont elapse much time" It is NOT excitment as I have low lucidity.I just say that "pathetically"...as a result I do things I wanted to do and the -flow- makes me lose lucidity and forget that I am in a dream.

Ok , it seems complicating.. for you to understand,.so please,if someone has understand what I mean, post your suggestion what to do to increase my lucidity. I want to be able to say "ok this is a dream",believing it and not forgetting it.
