This happend to me once in the time when I was used to use Dream Spinning technique for staying lucid, not waking up, and keep thing real.. I was in a LD i just found out i was dreaming so the first thing I was used to do in that time was to dream spinn, so i did, and i did it so fast that I woke up. When i woke up i told my brother about this and he told me: Why do you bother spinning when you can rubb your hands? |

It says my lucid age is 10 years+ that's true but I still have recall issues
Yes, the rubbing hands method has worked pretty well for me in the past -- though I usually forget to do it. |

Mynd you, møøse bites Kan be pretty nasti...
Yea it works well, I was doing it in a dream once and it felt so real that I thought my real body was rubbing its hands as well. |

Same here. Rubbing my hands is one of the things i try to use to stay inside the lucid dream. It works pretty good most of the times. |

Ahh, I wish I had the chance to see this last night! |

its good to see the results. I've been intending to try the rubbing the hands thing myself, but i wasnt sure if it actually works(unlike the spinning one...god i hate that one....) |
