      Rubbing your Hands.

This happend to me once in the time when I was used to use Dream Spinning technique for staying lucid, not waking up, and keep thing real.. I was in a LD i just found out i was dreaming so the first thing I was used to do in that time was to dream spinn, so i did, and i did it so fast that I woke up. When i woke up i told my brother about this and he told me: Why do you bother spinning when you can rubb your hands?
So i listend to him, and in the next LD i tryed out that thing and it worked perfectly, even better than dream spinning, I thing that method maid me to excited and maid me wake up very fast.
Does this method work as good as it works for me?
      Have you tryed it out?

Yeah, coincidently I tried it out for the first time last night when my LD was fading it really helped
It says my lucid age is 10 years+ that's true but I still have recall issues

Yes, the rubbing hands method has worked pretty well for me in the past -- though I usually forget to do it.

Yea it works well, I was doing it in a dream once and it felt so real that I thought my real body was rubbing its hands as well.

Same here. Rubbing my hands is one of the things i try to use to stay inside the lucid dream. It works pretty good most of the times.

Ahh, I wish I had the chance to see this last night!

My dad made a noise with the door and I started to wake up, and I was unable to Dream Spin cause of the position I was in. Arg, If I just rubbed my hands I woud have stayed in the dream longer.

its good to see the results. I've been intending to try the rubbing the hands thing myself, but i wasnt sure if it actually works(unlike the spinning one...god i hate that one....)

Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard
