This afternoon I took a nap and had like 6 or more False Awakenings. When I get out of my bed it's always very dark and I never feel that comfortable, like there's always something bad going to happen. I always had trouble with this, but this time I could change the weather like it was a piece of cake!

what you do is this: Turn to the sky and look at the moon. Raise your hand and just grab the moon, not physically but you you should 'feel' that you got a hold on the moon. Then just turn the moon, like when you turn a light bulb:

Just keep turning till the moon changes to a sun! It's that simple For me it's really more comfortable to do lucid stuff whith some warm sun rays on my skin and that I'm actually able to SEE my environment :p

It's much easier this way, because you don't have to imagine the sun coming up and the scene lighting up!
