Shapeshifting

I've been reading the forum about shapeshifting, all good advice. In my experience it was always easy to change to something I was familiar with, like a vampire or werewolf. However, what educated me the most was being confronted by things I had never seen. The first instance involved what I call a garm. A cross between a bear and a pit bull (reference a very old post). Anyway I dealt with it by immediately changing myself into its image only bigger. I've done this many times since with other dream images. If you think too hard you can limit yourselves. Just do it, be it.

I agree, Aneas.

Being assertive and using a method you instinctively trust often brings good results. If not, I still try to not run away—I decide to deal with the scenario as it unfolds. When I limit myself, overthink and focus on what can go wrong, it just makes things worse, usually. It takes time to develop an appropriate mentality.
