Unhappy How to change things in my Lucid Dreams?

Well, last night I had a Lucid Dream, and I had full control of it. However, I couldn't do anything. I couldn't change things, couldn't fly or do anything!

Isn't there any exercise or tips that could help me?

What do you mean by you had full control?
You may say I'm a dreamer.

I reached a very stable stage. Like, you feel that the place is moving around and then you make it stop? I was totally aware of things. I can't describe it exactly -__-

      Congrats on lucid dream!
Were you actually fully expecting dream control to work, or you had doubts? Dream control works on dreamer's expectations. Additionally it can help to use some object that is associated for you with the task, like for example drinking potion of strength to get stronger, etc. Check out this thread for more about dream control: http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...m-control.html

I think then you had successfully stabilized the dream, and your awareness was high, but your control was not high (since you were unable to do stuff you wanted to do, so you were not in control). I think that control and awareness are somewhat independent: it is possible to have a high awareness but low control or a high control but low awareness dream, although they are also a bit related since most likely if your awareness is high enough to realize that you can expect to do anything in a lucid dream (an you actually believe that) then your control will most likely also be high.
