After finding a pretty girl my dream fades

Everytime I find a decent girl in my lucid dreams and attempt to get intimate with her, her face always fades away and then she looses all form and the dream goes blury. This is after I have preformed various stablilisation techniques. During this while a little bit excited I am still very calm and in control. I don't understand why this is happening because it never used to happen in the past, or at least not as quickly. Can anyone give me any advice on how to prevent it?

      Stay away from girls.

I'd say that it might have been from excitement (or lack of stabilization) at first, but now it is just expectation getting the better of you. You may not feel like you are expecting it, but it might be a subconscious expecting, like pavlov's dogs. When you start attacking a woman now, your mind might take that as a signal to wake up.

I would recommend controlling the DC with your mind and keep stabilizing whilst things get done. If you feel the dream fading, then stop, or hit an "automatic" button that will make you finish when you hit it.

Of course psychologically speaking, your feelings of inadequacies that you feel toward your previous lover make the thoughts of engaging in coitus activate your flight or fight ("Cumpulsory evacuation device") and you wake up.

But I got a "C" in psychology, so what do I know?

As BrandonBoss said, stay away from 'em!

Go and explore your other goals for now, dream sex can wait. Come back to it once you have better control over your dreams would be my advice.

The exact same thing happens to me man... it sucks. I have been LDing pretty consistently for 5 years and still cant have dream sex lol.
Personally, i have interpreted it as a sign that i need to focus on other things, both in my real life and in my dreams, rather than a problem with my dream control. But that is just my personal interpretation, and yours may be different.
Sometimes it can be as simple as a fear that something could go wrong, and by fearing the dream might fade before your able to get intimate with a girl, you are feeding that energy and it will manifest into your reality.
But other times there are things far more complex than dream expectation at play. And in the end you are the only one can who interpret your dreams.

Control your breathing. It's not the erection that wakes you up, but it's the fast breathing because of over-excitement. Try taking deep slower breaths and relaxing as much as you can. It might sound hard but with practice you'll get it.

Maybe you could try to not immediately get intimate with her. It could be that you subconsciously find it wrong of yourself to just treat her like a sex object. You could try to speak to her first (as a form of additional stabilization of the whole situation), or maybe ask her directly if she wants to get intimate or maybe even try to convince her. I bet you would rather have sex with her, when you are sure that she is willing as well, subconsciously we are all nice guys
It doesn't matter whether this is a dream or not.
      It's a beautiful gift anyways!

I'm putting dibs the reason for his condition are because he doesn't know what comes afterward...

Yo, NUFC9, do you even know what you'd like to do? What do you consider intimacy, who do you envision doing those things with? Do some research, expand your mind, have ideas to draw from so that you mind doesn't decide to opt out due to a blank page.

Sounds like you have the desire but not the details.
