I recommend always having about 3 checks. It's too easy for one or two of them to fail.

      PS: Woof

The talking to myself thing doesn't always work either, but it's the first thing i do just out of habit.

I did finally remember to try the hand rubbing thing. And stayed completely lucid. It was much easier than talking to myself. However, in the dream I had no control. Could barely lift my arms at first to look at my hands. In the dream I had the feeling that i was actaully part of someone else's dream, therefore I had no control over anything.

But too, I was wondering if the lack of control was because I tried something new to prolong lucidity. Maybe it'll take time for my mind to adjust to this technique for whatever reason?

Don't know what happened..but it was a really freaky experience.

      ps...woof 2 you to placebo.
