Usually, I can't run well on my lucid dreams, my feet seems heavier than usual. You can run on your LDs by "feeling" your feet lighter. |

I find it interesting how other cultures think of dreaming. I live in Taiwan, and talking to my Taiwanese friends about lucid dreaming, I've found some interesting insights. It's good because they don't even have a word for lucid dreaming, really. Many of the people I've talked to have done it, but never considered it noteworthy. I was discussing lucid dreaming with my opera teacher tonight, and she mentioned that she learned to go lucid when someone told her the reason you can't run in your dreams is because your legs are crossed somehow in real life, in your bed. She found that if she straightened her legs, she could run super fast, or fly away, etc. |

It's a strong possibility, but I would revise the idea, since I recall having this problem when my covers were heavy. |
