When attempting Wild i have a few obstacles to overcome to be able to successfully Wild here are a few of them and i would like any suggestions on how to overcome them..

      1. When i am relaxed and almost in a WilD state, i experience a the REM feeling before i am in a dream which makes it impossible to keep you eyes closed and focused.

      2. I am a very deep sleeper when asleep, so when i awake during the morning i find it hard to remain still enough to recall my nightly adventures. So i was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to sleep lighter during the night as to wake up with a clear mind.

      3. I used to have the problem of sounds from the outside of my house and the common house creeks arousing me from my relaxation technique so i now use earplugs which work well. <I know this is no longer a problem but i would like to pass on my solution.> :-)

I have a few more obstacles to overcome at which i am trying to formulate a solution to so when i do il post them. :-)

      Thx

It is advised that you wrap something around your head that covers your eyes like a blindfold so that extra pressure is put on the eyelids to keep them closed.

Sorry, but I can't help you with the deep sleeping thing. Just try taking vitamin B6 to increase dream recall, and keep a dream journal. This way you can boost your recall naturally.

      good luck
