hmm, guess you would just stand there, or your mind would think of something for you to do to keep itself busy. |

your mind would probably wonder and lose lucididy |
|
That might happen, I find I'm more likely to lose lucidity while I'm doing something I usually do during the day. The closest I come to just standing around in my dream was when I was just laying down in my dream; I was trying to think of what I should do in a lucid dream. But as for a wondering mind it would more than likely make things happen. I find that in my lucid dreams things happen whether I'm concentrating my mind for them to happen or if the thought is just passing by. I was standing on a highway in my dream once thinking or what to do and looking around. I saw this car parked on top of this highway hill. For 1 second I briefly thought about the car coming down the hill, and it happened. |

"There are two types of people in this world, people who think there are two types of people, and people who don't."
For me, I think I would loose lucidity... After a while it would be hard to concentrate... and you would end up thinking about something else... which would probably cause you to loose your lucidity. |

I've had a few experiences with doing "nothing" in a lucid dream. |

You know, you'd think so, but I thought it was fascinating. I just kinda sat there in awe of how real everything was. I never get tired of taking a moment to appreciate being surrounded by a world of my own mental imagery. I've had plenty of action-packed lucids before then, and I know I'll have plenty more. One's gotta be open to stopping and smelling the roses, sometime. |

If you just stood without any interest in anything, you would probably wake up. If you participate in a dream, you are likely to have it laste longer. If you don't participate (like closing your eyes, or just standing on a spot) theres a fairly good chance, that you will end up awake. |

The only measurable difference between the dream world and the regular one is whether the laws of "nature" are consistent in identical experiments.
-My favourite dream character.
Pretty interesting, actually. Mostly it was information that I've recently picked up, while reading parapsychology stuff in the waking world, but it was stuff that I'd mostly forgot about reading, before then. So, reading it again, I was like "Ohhh yeaaah. I forgot all about that." Lol. Can't remember exactly what it was, though, but I'm sure it's in my journal. |

I personally love just walking around admiring the dreamscape, doing "nothing" when I am lucid, so this is not too much of a change from what I already do. |
|
I would think that standing still and really trying to observe sights and sounds around you could make the dream more real. I would suggest repeating to yourself that it's a dream so you don't forget, or wake up, I try to do this whenever I become lucid. maybe after standing there awhile, you could try and mentally change something. This would be good practice for controlling your dreams, start small! |
|
yeah I have stoped for a few minutes to look around at the dream and then went on with whatever I was doing. But if you do stop for too long you will probably come out of the dream. |
|
lol one thing I was told that I should do if I'm ever lucid enough to do this, was to look at the sky in the dream. Don't change it just look at it as soon as you become lucid. Its supposed to be very beutiful. |
