I've got a problem with most of my LDs. Everytime I become lucid in my dreams I realize that my eyes are trying really hard to close themselves!! .. No matter how hard I try to keep them open, I just can't do it. |

“Happy are those who dream dreams and are ready to pay the price to make them come true.”
Sorry, I can't help you with that, but it did remind me of something. When I was younger and had nightmares, I often had problems waking up; I tried to open my eyes, but they were already open (in the dream). What I found worked for me was to first close my eyes in the dream, then open them and I would open them IRL and wake up from my dream. |

I have a solution I always have the same problem, either I rip my eye lids out, I try seeing through them or, just try to act really confident and forget about it and it usualy works. |

I wanna be the very best
Like no one ever was
To lucid dream is my real test
To control them is my cause
I sometimes have that problem. What reailty check do you use? I use to do my reailty check with my wacth and close my eyes and when I open thme agian they won't open all the way and I usally have a false awkening after that so I changed that reality check around so I don't close my eyes. Some advice might be to ignore your eyes, and if the eye thing does happen agian and you wake up do a reailty check because it might be a false awakening. |

"There are two types of people in this world, people who think there are two types of people, and people who don't."
I'm not really a dreamer--not yet, anyway--I wanna know, though, what happens if you get stuck in a dream and don't know how to control it? I've done a good job of barricading myself in a safe place, but I don't wanna dream in a fucking cell. What happens is, once I leave this place, & start interacting with dream characters, I forget where I'm at and my eyes start to close--but I don't wake up!!! The dream characters torment me instead, forcing me to retreat to the only safe place I know of. I've tried forcing them open, doesn't really work. |

I've had the same problem. Try running at a wall. Or try flying. It might work. |
