Lucid control problems

I have been trying to get into controling my dreams lately, but come out with nothing. When I become lucid, I can barely fly sometimes. There was one rare case when I became lucid and was in a busy part of a big city (like New York maybe) and I all of a sudden became mad. For that reason (the library wasn't open, which happens alot to me in real life), I became lucid and bagan picking up cars and trucks of all sorts and hurling them through massive buildings. I would hop, come down, and smash cars and people to little pieces.

This was the most funnist lucid dream I've had. How can I gain better lucid control in my dreams?

The main is not doubting yourself, doubt is your kryptonite and until you get rid of it you can't do nearly as much as you want to do. Just have confidence and it'll be fine and if that's not simple enough try doing certain things to get what you want done if the direct way is too hard for you [that's why there's so many ways to do one thing in a dream, like how to fly... PS- now that I'm reading my post I feel sort of cheesy *sweatdrop*]

But I dotry to will myself as much as possible (which I practice constantly). every time I have an LD, I try to fly, make fireballs, alot of things, and I usually have problems controlling them even when I do atain some form of dream con trol. WHenever I attain flight I have to push myself forward with my body every inch, because I begin to fall ammediatly. Ever sence I'e been a kid, I've had cproblems controling even the littlest aspect of my dream, Like running for example. Whenever I try to run in dreams (like when I try to escape from something) my legs begin to stop working, and I wont even be able to move then an inch. I'll just be standing there, frosen stuck.

Try to do things in different ways, like for example, can't fly? Make rocket boots. And also, I try to yell out loud in my dream that I'm dreaming, and can do anything. Really hammer it in before you try something hard. It takes practice.

Practice makes perfect flying and creating fireballs are a bit advanced. I know so me of you may not think so but think about it you have never flown in real life so how do you know how to in a dream? And I doubt you have ever summoned anything in real life either so how are you gonna summon fire in a dream?

Simply enough you have to imagine it happening and believe that what you are trying to do will 100% happen without a doubt in your mind or you can give out verbal commands like the Human Torch in Fantastic 4 "Flame On" etc.

I heard that dream control (such as summoning things and creating things) can be more effective with better energy manipulation. Is this true?

What exactly do you mean by energy manipulation?
