I need help learning to fly/walk through walls! I tried in my LD last night, and I ended up banging my head dozens of times (which really HURT, by the way!) Is there any technique that can help with this? |

Ouch! It's all about believing but yah, sometimes other people's ways will help out more. I've always imagined that I was a ghost or that the walls were thin enough to let me go through, it's always worked for me. |

Lol I already know what happend but its still funny. |

Some are born lucid, others have lucidity thrust upon them.
Thanks for the info everyone! |

Try going through the wall sideways. It works for me because I can't see the wall, and I just throw myself through it. |

Or you could summon up some ghost spray or something [for those good with object summons] and put that on and go through the wall. I imagine it'd smell like glue but taste like dusty air... |

It mostly boils down to willpower and expecting it to work. Once you do it the first time, it will likely be easier. Try pj's method of just pushing through slowly first. |

Walking through walls is about the easiest thing for me to do. I don't think about it AT ALL. I just keep walking. Brick...plaster...glass.....cardboard... every wall is unique! :p |
|
LOL Well, now I know not to go crashing headfirst into walls anymore! Maybe I could get a stick and use it as a wand so I'll have better control over things |

The easiest way from what I have learned is to start of slow until you get the hang of it. Practice on a few walls walk up to them and press against them at first it will be solid but as you put more pressure you should feel yourself start to move through it at which point you will be able to move through it and get to the other side. Once you get familiar then you could try flying through a wall. Believing and knowing what is coming up next when trying to fly through a wall is also a extravagant help. |
