really annoying problem, and i dont know where its coming from!!

      ok, so.

ive been a member of this site a good while now, and ive been lucid dreamin a few times a week since. i had good dream control, good lucidity, and most of my dreams were very vivid and very stable.
however recently, everytime i have a lucid dream, i just wake up! i try to kneel down, and look at my hands to stabalize, but everything just goes black, and if i try to move, i just move my real body.
if i try to rub my hands together the same thing happens, and the end result is always just a 5 second long lucid dream, that i cant see anything in.

      can anybody help?

You might be half awake upon realizing that you're dreaming, therefore trying to move ends the dream. Maybe you should just sit still for a while and see if the dream stabilizes itself.

Do you wake up at a non-normal time to wake up? Sometimes the few seconds between dreaming and normally waking up are lucid, but there's nothing you can do because the dream is already ending. I've had a few of those.
