So I've always read and used the methods of rubbing your hands together and studying all the details of your environment. I usually end up crouching down low so that I see a small perspective of my dream like a good 3 feet section of the ground. In my most recent lucid dream a week ago it was a WBTB but with no lucid reading in between I just took a nap on my parents bed (i've had 3x more lucid dreams there than I have anywhere else) and proceeded to have 2-3 moments of lucidity after waking back up and passing out 5 seconds later the first one being the longest and then shortening. |
