I dont think you would have, you might have had a spazm or something but I think movement of this magnitude for sleep would have certainly woken you up. |

Ok, so last night I dreamed I was in school, and I needed to get my class fast. Then I realized I was dreaming and I started to fly. I lost lucidity, then looked at my hands and gained it. But I'm not sure about when I was flapping my arms! It felt like I was in bed flapping. How can I tell is I actually did it in real life? |

I get this feeling, too. Especially when I eat lucid food, or reach out to something in front of me. I feel like my real body is moving! I suggest you ignore it--I doubt it really happens. If you don't ignore it, you may wake up! |
