I did this yesterday in my second lucid dream:
I created an enviroment that was one simple room with nothing in it. I then had one of my friends appear and I gave them the power to do anything. We had a kind of dream fight.
Anyway, other things that sound fun:
Play lazer tag in a large school/office
Get a really big trampoline
Play dodgeball matrix style
