      I Need Help

I know I haven't been here in awhile, but I've been practicing my LDs every night and I think I've found something that works for me. Now that I've gotten pretty good at realizing I'm dreaming and conjuring a specific person, I need help controlling what happens.

I've had several LD's a week for the past few weeks and each time I am able to make this certain person appear, but whatever happens after that is not my doing. It feels like more of a movie than a dream.

      Any suggestions?

Do you retain lucidity as it becomes a "movie"? Reminding yourself can help you regain control.

Oh yes I'm fully aware it's still a dream. I just go where it takes me and enjoy the ride. I would like to have some amount of control though.

when you first become lucid, chill for a second. soak in you're surrondings. feel the texture of things, smell things etc... and tell yourself its a dream. think about the reality of the situation, that you are in your head right now, you are 'in' a dream.
don't try to "force things to happen", try "thinking them into existance" so to speak. whatever you want to happen, just expect it to, and let it. dont be afraid to intiate anything either. for instance, if it's lucid sex your after with this person you conjure up, just start feeling 'em up. (not to automaticaly assume that's what you're after). you control the dream.

      mess around with that approach.

      good luck.

Would the person you're conjuring happen to be the one in your sig?

Because that could be your problem. Aiden is MUCH hotter ;P

In all seriousness though, I also have the same problem with my DCs not behaving how I want them to. I usually try the techniques that awoke suggested but it rarely works

Amelaclya, yep that's him. Aidan is hot too, but Jacob and Colin are my 2 favs.

Sex isn't a problem. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't and that's ok. It's not always what I want. Usually I don't even care where we are or what we're doing as long as he's there.

I'll have to try that next time I have an LD. Go figure I haven't had one in the past couple days. It's really the surroundings I'd like to try for first then gradually work my way from there.
