Hey everybody, I was reading this article that says that improving your memory in lucid dreams, of the waking world can vastly improve the amount of lucid dreams and the frequency of dreams. |
I like the article. |

Nice article its like a workout for your memory. I like how they rank your skill with different belts ( http://www.advancedld.com/blackbeltclub.html )... i bet you can be an AdvancedLD Black Belt Clarity |
maybe you all aren't appreciating the scope of the article, practising short-term memory of waking life within dreams (i.e. what did i do yesterday?) is the key to consistent lucid dreaming (DILD's perhaps every night after substantial practice). |
Line, you don't understand, praticising your short-term memory from within lucid dreams, will increase the frequency of lucid dreams; as it makes it easier to distinguish between waking life and reality. It seems an integral and relaible way to transition from a novice to advanced dreamer; every aspiring lucid dreamer should try it. |
Has anyone tried rehearsing memory in lucid dreams, and whether it actually improves lucidity? |
With all these information articles and YouTube videos, you can really tell it helps lucidity. Nice Find (Adobe) PS. |

That explains why I used to have many LDs back then. I remember that Whilst lucid, I'd recall past events which took place in the waking reality. This sort of recall improves ones knowledge of the sorrounding world- whether it is a dream or not. Now that I understand this concept much clearly, my next goal if I become lucid is to try and improve my recall while in that dream... |
