      Exclamation dreaming or what?

i was wondering? i kinda know what this is but i need opinions, one day i was super exited about lucid dreams, i had been up all night with my kuzin studying techniques and what not. but i couldnt fall asleep. i was dozing in and out of reality. kind of "daydreaming". but i was telling myself that as soooon as i dreampt i would become lucid. so as the slightest idea of dreaming came to me, (i saw a kind of blurry basketball game) i new i was dreaming!! i started spinning and rubbing my hands like a madman and then just woke up..... but i had 'slept' 10 and woke at 12. i just want some opinions

Well the key is to be calm =]. You can't get excited or you will lose the LD.

      you experienced a WILD.
I need my sleep. I need about eight hours a day, and about ten at night.

Were you actually still aware of your physical body, because then I know what you mean. Have experienced it before, it's just a restless night of sleep. Don't fret too much over it.
