Recently whenever I've become lucid I really haven't been able to move at all. Like gravity has been turned on 1000000000000000000000x greater. I always think to myself "I'm dreaming, I should be able to make this not happen," but it still persists. |

One of the reasons I had difficutly doing something in dreams it was becuse my mind started thinking that I couldnt do something or something is going on that is stopping me from doing that act be it flying or even moving. You need to realize in your mind that it is not happening or it is persisting. This is the tough part though. How do you change a way of thinking that is stuck in your mind? Just remember its all in your head. |

What has helped me (while awake) is moving your "spiritual body" while you are motionless. Practice making many different movements. You may come upon a few that are troublesome to make your "spiritual body" do, for me flipping a full vertical 360 is sometimes hard. Some other movements that you could practice making your "sprititual body" do are: standing up, sitting down, flips, jumping, spin, or any other thing that you can normally do. This also helps me with my visualization as sometimes I close my eyes and visualize myself and my surroundings while doing this. Hopefully this confidence will transfer into your dreams. |

stop and stabalize the dream before you go off and try to control it. First focus on controlling your thoughts and actions before controlling your actual dream world. Try to feel things like the breeze or rub your hands together, focus on everything, just get it to the point where it will feel as real as possible. After you do that, you should be more concentrated and in control. |

this is probably the best advice for controlling dreams. when a dream isn't clear then it's much harder to control, at least that's how it is with me. also i never tried this, but i heard it helps if you tell yourself you're dreaming out loud, i always forget to do this though. |

I often have the same problem. In fact, paralysis is a common dream sign of mine. I've found the most effective way to get around this is to think "I don't need to walk, this is a dream, I can fly". I tend to find flying is much easier than walking in dreams, even if I'm only floating a couple of centimetres off the ground. And as always, it is key to relax and not let it get to you. |

Well, the firstt error here is the use of the word 'should'. It should be along the lines of 'I can'. |
