You have to let it all go fear, doubt and disbelief. Free your mind.

      ^ BillyBobs dream control guide.

that covers is pretty much. you have to believe that its possible in a dream before it actually gets possible. you have a mental block for dream control if you dont consider something 100% possible
search the dream control section on the foru,

You mean you want to control your dreams without lucidity or with lucidity? If it's without it's dream incubation meaning you control what the dream is about before you fall sleep... If it's with lucidity, it is controlling the dream when you realise you are dreaming. Like QuickR said..it's all up to your faith that you are in control before even having the lucid dream..it's a mindset you maintain during the day to prime the mind or you may have difficult controlling when you find yourself dreaming.

Your problem isn't that you can't control your LD's!

You just don't have that frequent Lucid Dreams. Try techniques and stuff XD

What you need is practise?...I mean to get more used to having the idea of dreaming and that you are unless you do a check to confirm that you are not. You have to keep experimenting which technique works best with your mind and if you get into it deep enough you will know how to adapt it to suit you.
