I like having low blood pressure. Mine is not too low, and it's unhealthy to have high blood pressure. If I just remember not to jump up out of a chair or bed I am fine. I will be very content if it stays exactly where it is for the rest of my life

Is there anything as a normal blood pressure? Is the the low blood pressure that we have healthy? Or just not unhealthy?

Thank you, this was interresting. So since we live well with this we have lower rates of cardiovascular disease events than people with normal arterial pressures? That's good to know!
