      Always waking up from dream!

Hey guys, I forgot to add one more part to my last post, but I don't think anyone will see it otherwise.

I believe ANYTHING in a dream. The problem is, as soon as I realize im dreaming, which is VERY rare, I will wake up. It almost feels like my body, or brain, doesn't want me to dream! How unfair! I dont know why, but for some reason on the rare occassion that i do realize im dreaming, i instantly wake up. Almost no time to even do an RC!

Am I hopeless because i'm naturally too inclined to wake up as soon as I realize it's all a dream?

P.S. for those that have seen my other posts, Im not trying to be negative all the time, but the reason I joined this forum was to try to get answers as to why I can't have a good night's dream.

yeah, that happens... well I really just got into the whole LD not too long ago, only cause somewhere i read its a possible door to OBE's, Astral projection and stuff like that... I've done both OBE's and LD's but just a few times... I have a very distracted mind, i guess sometimes i over think things so Same thing that happen to you, happened to me for a little while... But I guess I never really paid much attention to it... I ignored the problem and just kept trying... I know it sounds like "huh! how can you ignore that!" but yeah, I mean, don't think too hard about it, cuz its almost as if you're already expecting to wake up when you become lucid... because its happened many times, its becomming a habit... not to worry, just learn to control your emotions... maybe what's happening is that when you realize you're dreaming, you get too excited about it like "OMG!! OMG!! THIS IS A DREAM!" and it just snaps you out of it!... (I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE!!)

LD is something really awesome, but try not to give it too much attention (avoid ) I mean, try not to think about it as something SUPER awesome, but just as something normal, u know? like "LD oh yeah, yeah... whatev' lol.. just BE COOL!! be cool about it and little by little you'll learn to control those emotions and wake up in your dream, and keep your body asleep.. and... go from there!... its all about a certain Balance..

what the other reply says sounds PRETTY good!! try WILD...

Yes try not to get too excited. That wakes me up every single time it happens. Perhaps somebody knows from a psychological point of view that occurs.
