Do you know the name of the dc? If you do, you can just call him/her

Just picture them and expect them to be there, either walking up to you or being there where you aren't looking, or walking out of a door or other portal.

Or, like WolfTsunade said, if you know their name you can call them.

I never really have problems calling people in dreams, but I can only call them if I remember to do so. If that's the problem you're having, try focusing on the dram character as you go to sleep, remembering that you want to meet them, and if you have any drawing skill try drawing them to add some memories from outside your mind's eye.

Here is a "Door tech". Find a door, open it slightly, expect DC to be after the door, then pass hand to opening, grab DC's hand and get him out of the door .

kidnap a hot DC? I see where this is going, well it works. reminds me of the time i tried that - I found a hot chick in a convertable, grabbed her and ran into the closest house. I spent the rest of the dream trying to calm her down :/ I wasn't lucid i dont think i was...

Using a door and expecting to find someone behind it can be a good one.

I prefer using a Divining rod, using a y shaped stick, and following it to my target. That way it doesn't outright fail, you can just keep following it until you find who you are looking for. With a door, the attempt is pretty much over once you open it. Trying to open and close the door if it didn't work the first time is not very effective.

when i was in a normal dream i just used a floating arrow (which works just as good btw), but i wasn't looking for anything in particular, I was seeing where it would take me - turns out it wasn't taking me anywhere.

Even with a lot of concentration, this doesn't always work, but keep your confidence. It might take a little patience and effort to call anybody into your dream, but it might not happen, depending on you.

As the most people mentioned, the door trick is the most popular possibility in this case.
If it doesn't work for you, you may also try:
•Calling for the person you are looking for
•Ask another DC where you can find her, or ask him to show her house etc. to you (worked for me once)
I'm not the signature, I'm just cleaning here.

Tell a DC or a bunch of DCs to bring her to you. My new favorite way to get things in a dream.

I'd suggest walking over to the TV, tuning into a Carribean resort, and with the expectation that she will be there, climb through the plasma screen.

Viola. You, her, and a location that couldn't be better.

it was annoying because it kept running even when I turned it off and unplugged it. I had to smash it. and I still havent successfully summoned anyone/anything.

on topic: If the techniques mentioned dont work for you, the fact that you're thinking about it might eventually bring her back to your dreams.
