Thread: How can I notice?

Ok, here's the thing, my biggest occurring and repeating dreams or dream signs are me usually being involved in a Video Game, Cartoon or Movie. And that I'M controlled and viewing myself in 3rd person. It's like I'm playing the game/movie, but at the same time I'm in it looking at myself from 1st person/Point Of View doing some wild adventure.

My problem is, I can't notice it's a dream, take control or become aware because my mind is too busy
focusing on a certain aspect of the dream. Anyway that I can? And perhaps turning it Lucid?
