Once you realize you're dreaming, stay calm. You can "break" a dream quite quickly if you get overly excited and filled with anticipation or if you become afraid of waking up shortly. |

I was wondering how one would, when they recognize they are dreaming, to maintain stability/clarity? There are times when I know I am dreaming, but then after a mere couple of seconds there are no visuals, it would just be blank. My question is how can one maintain stability with visuals, instead of a blank/black LD? |

As well as shouting "increase stability!" you can also try "increase clarity!" |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
