Here is a list of things to do in your LD to tell me. Make a checklist and tell me your results if you will

A: YOUR BODY IN THE DREAM:

1. Look at your hands. Are they different from reality?
2. Look at other parts of your body. Are they different?
3. Find a mirror and look into it. Is your face different?

B: GRAVITY IN DREAMS:

1. Jump off, say, a chair. What happens?
2. Throw an object. How does it fall on the ground?
3. Drop an object. How does it fall to the ground?

C: ELECTRICAL ITEMS

1. Switch on a light. What happens?
2. Switch a light off, then on again. What happens?
3. Switch on an electrical appliance. What happens?

D: HEALTH

1. In the lucid dream, visit someone you know who is ill and attempt healing by visualizing white light around them. What happens in the dream scenery? Did the person subsequently appear to improve in reality?
2. Visit a dream doctor and have a medical check-up. What happens?

E: SCENE CHANGES:

1. Carefully observe a scene, then change it to do something else. On waking, draw a picture of each of these scenes.

F: COLORS:

1. Change the color of an object several times. Report.

G: LOCATION CHANGING:

1. "Cover" your (dream) eyes and think of a place where you would like to be. On waking, draw pictures of the "before" and "after" scenes.

H: THE SENSES:

1. Look at some print. Report.
2. Clap your hands together suddenly. Does the sound reach your ears immediately?
3. Taste a food. Is it the same as in wakefulness?
4. Smell a food or scented object. Is it the same as in wakefulness?
5. Pinch your skin. Does it feel the same in wakefulness?

I: THE NIGHT SKY:

1. If you find yourself in a "night" dream, where you can see the stars, planets and moon, note carefully the position of those objects and draw their relative positions on waking. If you are familiar with astronomy, give any comments.

J: MATTER PENETRATION:

1. Try moving your hand through objects made of different materials. Report.
