Chased by a spider

I rarely have nightmares... this one terrified me! I can't stop thinking about it. What does it mean? I'm being chased by a frighteningly large wolf spider. I try to stomp on it, kick it and smash it with random objects but it will not die. There is a moment in the dream when after I stomp it again, I look under my foot and it's gone. I begin searching my surroundings, waiting for it to reappear. As I peer down a dark hallway shining my cell phone light I see glowing eyes staring at me just before it charges again. This time I can't outrun the thing and it crawls up onto my body. I grab at it frantically trying to get it off me but its claw-like legs grip at my skin and won't let go, so I really start to panic. I am finally able pull it from my body, shaking my hand furiously trying to make the spider let go. While it's gripping my hand, the spider bites my finger and draws blood. I remember feeling the sting of the bite, which is what woke me up. Emotions: revulsion, terror and panic
