baby dream going backwards

Ok so i have this dream. Never the same. It starts off with me and my wife in our house ( which is in the future so new to me now but in dream we've lived there for 4 yrs) and we are watch our little baby girl who is 2 play with our girls we have now . And my son is outside playing. Right now we have two girls and one boy. In my dream we have a new baby girl which seems impossible because my wife had her tubes tied. I continue to have dreams over the last few months but the baby is getting youngerand younger. In my last dream i was watching her move in my wife's belly. I just realized that yesterday and it got me thinking y is it going bavkwards. Well if anyone has advice im looking for any kind of reasoning for this.
