      Broken Tooth and false awakenings

Today I "woke up" several times to find I had a broken tooth. I keeped checking it, other things happened but it was always the same. Then I woke up and checked it, it is NOT broken. Oof...

Any idea what it could be?

Teeth breaking/falling out is common. It usually signals fear of loosing control or feelings of helplessness.
Not sure how accurate that is though because I have this dream at all and I can't think of any reason behind it...

      ahhhhhjhhhhhhhhhhjhdljfhjh I hate that dream

I get the exact same thing, where it's a false awakening, and I'm always like "Ok, THIS time it really happened, my teeth crumbled and fell out of my head" and I spit out pieces of tooth everywhere.

Freud thought it related to the big "O", but I'm more inclined to agree with PariahPoet on this one.

i read that teeth in dreams symbolizes feelings and emotions. Like, if you dream that your teeth fall out, i could either symbolize that you need to say something, and get something off your chest, or it could mean that you've said too much, like you told a secret or something.

Every once in a while, i would have this dream that i was eating an apple, and all of my teeth were really loose, they weren't falling out, but they were loose, and i couldn't bite into the apple, because everytime i tried, my teeth would just go along the groove of the apple.

As for falso awakenings, i had something similar. I almost tricked myself one day before i got up for work. I dreamt that my boss told me i didn't have to go to work in the moring, and when i woke up, i had to concentrate really hard to try and remember if my boss really did tell me that i didn't have to go to work. Of course he didn't really say that, i i really did have to go to work.
