Interesting dream...

So I had a couple of interesting dreams last night and i'm hoping someone can help me out. I woke up crawling through wet grass, feeling weak, and possibly injured(I have been sick and weak feeling recently). I realized I must have wrecked my vehicle in water because I was all wet and crawling away from what seemed like maybe a body of water, though I never looked and saw the wreck or any body of water. I just kinda realized what had happened. I then walked to a town that was very close and it was all very unfamiliar feeling. One building I recall is a tall building possibly a church with a tower(wasn't significant to the dream but was a very prominent building). I walked up to a house and did not knock but silently broke in, once inside I informed the residents I meant them no harm I just needed help(It was a middle aged man and woman couple). I told them what had happened and that I didn't know where I was. They informed me that i was in the town i had went to high school in(but it didn't look like that town) I then felt relief. I told them its okay I know where I am now and I could walk home because I lived in the next town over (as I did when I went to high school in this town). I asked the man if I could borrow his gun in case I ran into any trouble on the journey to my house which was about 8 miles away(I felt as if I was accepting a quest, that's a long walk, but in the dream it seemed like it would be no problem). I told him I would return it as soon as I could. He brought out a very large combat shotgun that looked unlike any gun I have ever seen before, it was extremely heavy and I told him it would only weigh me down. I asked if he had a smaller gun I could use, like a handgun I could conceal. He said he did not so I laid it on the ground at his feet and told him I didn't want it. I then stood up and walked over by the door as if I was going to leave but stood and talked for a second (nothing memorable, I don't member much of what the people said to me) I then looked over at a white woven hat on the hat rack by the door (only hat that was there) it then flew off the rack a few feet towards the people, I pointed at it and magically twirled it around in the air with my finger and then it flew over to me I held my finger straight up in the air and it landed on it spinning around (as I was spinning the hat around I had the feeling I wasn't controlling it something else was and I was just faking it to be impressive possibly, at the same time I thought maybe I was controlling it). I then left the house and I don't remember anything from there. Later the same night I had another dream that took place in the house I was going to walk to that I had lived in in high school, but I do not live in anymore. I will be writing about that dream as well. It was about a friendly ghost I was uncomfortable with bothering me and my mother. I've included as many details as I could think of, please ask if you think there is anything I may have left out.

Ok....The dream setting is "waking up crawling in wet grass" Grass as a symbol is a sign of growth and healing. Being wet means that you can't get to this stage without some emotional disturbance and dealing with those emotions. A vehicle represents one's body and how you are moving thru life. Wrecking your vehicle could say...."you're a mess"...meaning you've let some recent experiences create havoc in your life and you are going too far in dwelling in it to the point it will make you sick or cause physical damage thru this stress. Going to a town with a "church and a tall tower" represents this emotional experience has left you perhaps praying for some kind of help and guidance. The Tower as a symbol a time of Change.....Change that happens when we are going in a direction that is not right for us, sometimes we get saved from ourselves. Trying to move on but asking to borrow a gun and the man gives you a Big Gun....is showing you how much anger or aggression you might be holding to protect yourself. You know it's wrong and ask for a smaller gun...so you still want to hold on to small hurts and angers. Its comforting to you to hold this. "Laying the gun down" means at some point you realize that you don't need to hold this anger. A door is an opportunity. A hat is you choosing your manner of being...white hat good guy. Once you choose the white hat you create the magic in your own life and you discover you have complete control on how you can choose to live.
