Disturbing dream of child molestation

The dream starts like this: A boyfriend molest his girlfriends minor sisters (ages 5-12) then the girlfriend catches him in the act and try to call his mother but he has his mother's phone. Then she tries to call the police but gets a voice mail after calling 911. Then the boyfriend leaves to meet up with an older woman (to have sexual relations with), the girlfriends classmate (college age) who she has a casual relationship with. When she spots them, she asks her why she would be with him and she responds she cares about him. Then the girlfriend sees a police officer and tells the officer what happened with her sisters but the officer says he does not deal with those situations. The girlfriend follows the boyfriend until she catches him alone and asks him why he did it and he acted like it was not a big deal so the girlfriend lunges at her boyfriend with a knife. My questions are: What does this mean? What could the girlfriend be thinking about her boyfriend?

Im guessing you're the girlfriend. Dream interpretation isn't concrete, but ill give it a shot... It's very possible a good part of you doesn't trust your boyfriend, in general. I'm not saying he's some kind of molester or anything. You are also very protective of your siblings. This scenario is interesting because someone very close to you hurts others who are very close to you and no matter who you turn to nobody will help you, so you take matters into your own hands. This sounds like very basic reactions to protecting your family. How do you feel about law enforcement? Have you ever tried calling them for help and they didn't come or came too late? Or do you just have a general dislike of them? Because it seems like a part of you expected the proper authorities not to respond, and this left you alone. Your friend seems to be a voice of reason, probably a trait they exhibit in Waking life as well. Simply caring about someone isn't enough to stay with them, if you have a good heart then chances are you care about a lot of people. In conclusion, this Dream seems to be trying to tell you that you have unresolved trust issues with your bf. Ask yourself why that is.

^ I think you are on the mark. The only thing I should add is that he met up with the gf casual college friend for sex, not to talk and her explanation for her actions (having sex with him) was she cared about him.

I'd go with planes walker on this one. Dreams are normally just interpretations of our thoughts in a scene or two. You take two schema (distrust of cops, distrust of bf) and when you put them together you get this nightmare.
