Hi Everyone, Ok so I understand that because I think about this man everyday that I probably dream about him once in a while, but I actually dream about him every day! This morning I dreamed that he was standing on a street and the street was filled with water, for some reason it looked like a canal, he was trying to plant a plant ( not a seed but a plant ) in the water , I told him that if I do it I can make sure it will grow and he said oh, because another lady (not someone he was attracted to but just a random woman ) offered to help me as well, I was insulted and said, well if she's going to help you I dont have to help you. All of a sudden we were on a bridge and this lady was standing right of me and he was standing on the left side of me and we didn't do anything but stand there. I have no idea what this means.

I am thinking that this man planting a plant may stand for him planting a relationship or a life, and you explain to him that you want that to be exclusive between him and you. The fact that the street is flooded may mean that this is a difficult time, but relationships are supposed to work in sickness and in health, and thus surely also in flood. The bridge is a bridge from one side to another, from your past to your future maybe, from being single to being in a relationship maybe? you are standing there because you have arrived at an impasse: there are three of you, where there should have been two. It is interesting that you say she is not someone he is attracted to, just a random woman, but I think you are jealous of her anyway, so could it be that your jealousy is not based on reality but just on your fears? Maybe you are not afraid that he will choose a particular woman over you, but maybe your fear/jealousy is based more on the general concept of faithfulness, and you worry that maybe he would not be, that maybe he is not the kind of man to remain true to you. Or maybe it is not him at all, maybe it is you that you worry that you would spoil a relationship through groundless jealousy?

I really feel that way ! however everytime I dream of him other people are in the dream as well. I really miss him but things have happened between us and I think he's somewhat tired of me because I;ve pushed him away and yes he has a new girlfriend now, and I don't want to get in the middle of that, but I also miss my friendship with him ... now there's nothing left anymore, and that makes me really really sad. Thank you so much for your interpretation ... I honestly think that what you said really makes sense. I honestly don't understand why that woman was standing on the left of me and him standing on the right side of me, she doesn't look like his girlfriend at all ... why was I standing in the middle of that bridge ? The woman that offered to help him with his plants was also a lot older than him and looked nothing like his girlfriend at all either ... that I don't understand as well.

Could it be that you are in between him and her because that is where you want to be? Also could she be older and less attractive than his girlfriend because you wish she were? Edit: I just reread your reply, the part where you say you do not want to get in the middle of that. However, I think there may be a disconnect between your conscious mind's decision of what is the right thing not to do and your unconscious wishful thinking when your scruples are not engaged in your dream. Does not mean that it is a good idea to follow unconscious impulse over conscious decision in waking life of course, but I think your unconscious wishful thinking would very much want to "get in the middle of that."

But what about the other lady ? both of the ladies look nothing like his girlfriend ... also why am I standing in the middle if it's his choice, we were on the bridge and that lady looked more like she was a part of me or with me then she was with him or a part of him. Could it be that she was a spirit sending me a message ? Just throwing things out there.

Ah, I did not catch that there are two ladies aside from yourself in this dream. That was not clear to me from your description. Looks can change in dreams, so just because someone does not look like the girlfriend does not mean that this is not who your mind meant. However, if you feel strongly that this was not the girlfriend, then maybe it was not. It is your dream, so ultimately you know best what your mind is likely to have meant. Of course it could have been you, another side of you. I have had dreams before where I upon analyzing them decided that I was at least two and sometimes even all of the protagonists in the dream, my subconscious showing me different sides of myself. I feel like I do not have enough information to determine who the two ladies in your dream are, but you should have enough information since this is your dream, so if you think about it you are likely to come up with an idea of who it could represent. Just don't get too hung up on looks because in dreams looks do change at times, and sometimes I feel like our mind just needs a face for a dream character and grabs one at random, so that's also possible.
