Interested in a dream interpretation

Hello -- first time poster -- never thought about dream interpretation much before, but this one freaked me out a little......Here it goes.... The dream started with me visiting a friend at her apartment. We were sitting on the porch and there was a dilapidated large building in front of us about 50 feet away (no building there in real life). All of a sudden, there was a white car driving out of control at a very fast speed down the street towards us. It somehow shot up into the air and turned while in the air and hit the dilapidated building. But I heard no sound of the crash. While crashing through the building, it was twisting and turning, and ultimately coming to rest upside down on the ground below. The building collapsed right after that. I remember thinking that no one could have survived it. I did not run over to help. But I did call 911 on my cell phone. They had me on hold for 43:81 minutes (I think it's strange that I remember seeing this number in my dream, can't think of any true meaning to the numbers). The ambulance finally arrived and the EMTs were helping the people in the car, but they seemed further away than they really were. My friend and I went back into the apartment and turned on the TV. We were watching footage of the crash and they pulled out a little boy who was obviously dead from the crash. I remember thinking that I couldn't believe they were broadcasting such a horrific thing. So as the boy was being carried to the ambulance, all of a sudden he started breathing again and then crying. That was the point I woke up.

There shouldn't be a building there, and yet there is. No one should have survived that crash, and yet the little boy comes to life at the end. You do not understand why the number of minutes is so precise, and yet it is. Sometimes life gives us the unexpected, the impossible, the incomprehensible, and yet it is real? Do not expect everything to be just as you expected and to make sense because life and dreams do not make sense at times, but we should not then dismiss them as impossible or nonsensical but pay attention because sometimes that which is the hardest to understand turns out to be the most meaningful once we do understand it after all?
