Okay, I'm well aware of what sleep paralysis is and it's terrifying.
I use to have recurring 'sleep paralysis nightmares' when I was a child, but that has seized since I've became older.
When I would have these dreams as a child, I would wake from a dream, or so it would feel like, and then it would happen, but after that was finished I would feel myself wake again, every single time, and I would be able to calm down because I knew it was a dream.
Well this time it was different.
I couldn't fall asleep tonight, I looked at my clock to see what time it was, then I laid back down and suddenly, instantly, I couldn't move.
I felt something trying to drag my legs, and then I went to get up and was shoved back down by my chest and suddenly I couldn't move anything except for my hands, like something was holding my arms down as well, but my feet were rising up off the bed as if someone was pulling them.
I was saying "help" because my girlfriend was right beside me.
She grabbed my hand but that was it, I was fully coherent of this, and then something lifted off me and the pressure went away and I was able to set up.
I was instantly relieved because I assumed it was a one time happening where I didn't feel myself wake up and it was all just a dream, but then my girlfriend asked me why I was asking for her help and freaking out in bed trying to move with my legs in the air, she said she assumed I was having a nightmare, I have no idea why all she did was grab my hand instead of wake me, but that's what she did.
I still haven't slept and I still feel like I never fell asleep and never woke up.
What happened to me!?
