Thread: Alaska keeps being mentioned

Within the span of a week, I've had two dreams where Alaska was a reoccurring theme. In the first dream, I am excitedly telling an old college TA that I'm going to Alaska. The dream ends after I tell him this. In the second dream, I am walking on a busy beach, with the sun out and notice a tattoo on my arm. The tattoo is oval shaped, with a few pine trees within the border. Below the trees it says Alaska. Again, I felt happy in this dream. I eventually wiped off the tattoo on my arm with my hand. I felt happy in this dream as well. In both dreams, saying "Alaska" and seeing the word made me happy.

I have never been there, live nowhere near there and haven't watched anything about Alaska that would have influenced these dreams.

Background, I'm currently in grad school working on my thesis and have felt pretty stressful lately. I have also dealt with the passing of a few loved ones this year. Any help explaining this reoccurring theme would be greatly appreciated!!
